Where are the 2026 Pensacola Parade of Homes located? The 2026 Parade of Homes features 38 newly built and remodeled homes across the Pensacola area, spread through Escambia County (Cantonment, Pensacola, Molino) and Santa Rosa County (Pace, Milton, Navarre, Gulf Breeze). Tour hours are Friday and Saturday 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sunday 12–4 p.m.

The Parade of Homes is the one weekend a year you can walk through dozens of brand-new Pensacola-area homes without booking a single showing. Presented by the Home Builders Association of West Florida, it's part open-house marathon, part inspiration board — and this year the map stretches from the historic streets of East Hill all the way out to acreage lots in Pace and waterfront villas in Gulf Breeze. Doors are open Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m.

• The Parade is a starting point, not the whole market. These are new-construction and remodel showcases. If you love a floor plan but not the location, there's almost always a similar home somewhere else in the Pensacola area — that's where having someone who watches the whole market comes in handy.
